Beyond networking – moving to the next level as antelope alumni
Participants in this event will have a chance to connect on a deeper level with other antelope alumni than a regular networking situation typically allows. In the morning, we will experiment with a method called “beyond leadership”, that is designed to increase the intensity and quality of connectivity within a network and to promote collective affiliation and meaningful alliance. In the afternoon, we will put this network to use and explore its potential in a format similar to “open space conferences” or “bar camps”, where the agenda will be shaped by participants bringing in the topics and ideas they want to develop together with the other attendees.

Times: 8:30am to 5:00pm, followed by an apéro
